- Fixed photogallery not updating when instance master was on the dancefloor.

- Fixed photogallery desyncing for people due to not being able to catch up on image downloads, images now get downloaded every 10 seconds instead of every 6 seconds.

- A random image is now downloaded when you enter the instance to prevent the display from ever being blank.
