While the VRDancing venue has always had this eerie ambiance to it (#notacult), it's starting to feel extra creepy with the start of Spooktober! One of the blahaj disappeared! Can you find it?

- Added support for @Silentt. custom API for streaming videos into the VRDancing world, this will hopefully improve stability in the future. Ty @metaphira for the help with setting this up!

- Added a setting to switch between YouTube and the VRDancing API for videostreaming, currently in testing phase and only available to staff.

- Added 2 VRDancing themed music mixes made by @megumi that will play by default while starting a new instance. (more mixes to come, let me know if you're interested in doing a playlist)

- Made videoplayer sync very lenient, our dancing will be a bit less synced but for now this can help to improve stability.

- Added an option for staff to teleport people past the security doors manually.

- The option for staff to force someone into an optimised avatar now works everywhere in the world.

- Fixed securitycam screen no longer being desaturated.

- Fixed occlusion culling issues.

- Tweaked almost all postprocessing modes.

- Reordered some UI elements in the database to make it more accessible for newcomers.

- Various security improvements.

- Improved sync consistency of various settings/toggles for late joiners.

- Fixed artwork by MrSwitch popping in and out.
